Vendor Information

We invite vendors to exhibit at the conference.

A $250 exhibit fee includes a table to showcase products during the conference, registration for one person, name badges and a ½ page advertisement in the conference program. Any additional people in your party should pay the pre-  or regular registration fee. A full page ad costs an additional $50.

In addition to the above, we are offering vendors one breakout session presentation during the conference. The breakout session should not be a sales pitch if you choose to submit for a slot. We suggestion finding a faculty member to demonstrate your “tool” or “product” and discuss how it enhances the teaching and learning in the classroom. You will need to submit a proposal with a title and brief summary of your presentation.
